We help South Africa's leading organisations turn strategy into lived behaviour — through storytelling, theatre, music and choreography, not another slide deck.
Since 2014, LNH-Rehumanising has helped South Africa's leading organisations turn strategy into lived behaviour — a consultancy sitting at the intersection of organisational psychology and the performing arts.
Through storytelling, theatre, music and choreography, we've partnered with Standard Bank, FNB, ABSA, GIZ, Imperial Logistics, DP World and Ogilvy South Africa to embed values and make change stick.
Behaviour-change consulting for organisations moving from strategy to lived culture.
Employee engagement and wellness solutions built for real workplaces.
Equity and racial healing programmes grounded in research and lived experience.
Behaviour-change communication that lands, because people can feel it.
Research-based storytelling and facilitation, not a lecture in a training room.
Interactive theatre and arts-based staff development, built around your people.
Yes, we have lots of fun. But we defs take you seriously.
Embedding values into culture, from song to nationwide roadshow — not read on a poster, but felt on the floor.
